Office de Tourisme Intercommunal de l'Est - Antenne de Salazie

Tourist Office at Salazie
  • The Intercommunal Tourist Office of Salazie is a reception, information and advice point for holidaymakers, and for reservations of the many tourist services on offer across the island: hiking gîtes, “Gîtes de France” gîtes and guesthouses, “Clévacances” holiday rentals, Creole hotels, nature activities and selected cultural visits.

It is also an information post for La Réunion National Park. It hosts a variety of exhibitions on La Réunion and is located in the artisan’s square in Hell-Bourg, a Creole Village listed as one of “France’s Most Beautiful Villages”. Salazie is the largest and greenest of the three cirques, with waterfalls…in cascades! Perched on one of the cirque’s many ilets, the village of Hell-Bourg’s delightful Creole huts stand side by side at the bottoms of their flower-filled gardens. Open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Also open on Sunday during the peak season from 8 a.m to noon.
    Closed on Friday.
