Specialities from the Berry region: poulet en barbouille (a type of chicken stew), thickly cut beef steak with Chavignol goat cheese, éclaté d'andouillette (sliced chitterling sausage) in Sancerre white wine, and tarte berriaude (apple tart flambéed in Calvados with cinnamon cream). Capacity: 40 covers. Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Closed on Mondays.
