Le Liboké, a voyage into African flavoursThe restaurant offers a varied menu with the focus on Congolese specialities and Senegalese dishes, such as yassa, or dishes from other countries, such as ceebu jen, red rice with lamb and vegetables, beef combo. The restaurant uses sweet potatoes, cassava and green bananas along with bredes and vegetables.
House recipes include ginger juice or bissap juice and banana fritters for dessert with a good cup of Ethiopian mocha coffee.
