- Situated at Carosse in Saint-Joseph, the Joseph Hubert Biological Park was inaugurated on 28 October 2007. It is dedicated to aromatic and medicinal plants and guided tours are available. At the entrance, visitors will find a hopbush - ""bois d'arnette"", whose leaves, in an infusion, are often recommended for eliminating kidney stones. Other plants for infusions are also grown such as marjoram, ayapana, citronella, orthosiphon .... and many more on just over a hectare of land. Sachets of herbal teas with different properties are proposed in infusions, as decoctions, macerations, etc. Open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed on Friday except for bookings.
