Amandava (L')

The house has 3 double rooms (one with a standard double bed and two with king-size beds), with top-quality bed linen, cupboards, bedside tables and lamps.
In the bathroom, there’s a walk-in shower and double sink unit. The toilet is separate.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, dishes, etc...
In the living room there’s a sofa, a 55” flat-screen TV with satellite channels and unlimited WiFi connection.

The villa has two covered outdoor seating areas overlooking the ocean, one at the front of the house with garden furniture, the other with a dining area and a barbecue, as well as a petanque pit, table tennis table and two parking spaces. There’s a private swimming pool, secured (safety cover), that is heated during the winter months here, with sun loungers.

Extra equipment included: washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, cleaning products, fans. In the main living area (living room/dining room), there’s a reversible air conditioning/heating system.

The house is not far from the Wild south coast, just 15 minutes’ drive from the lively seaside town of Saint Pierre and the beaches. It is the ideal location to explore the wonders of the south of the island (volcano, lava, hiking expeditions for all levels of ability, rivers and waterfalls, beaches and cliffs, Cirque de Cilaos).
