  • to manage an “e-tourism” platform,
  • to play an active part in the island’s economic development and, in particular, the development of the Highlands, promoting all mountain-related tourism and leisure activities within Reunion,
  • to assist in the development of the Sport de Nature network and also help to restructure tourist offers in the Highlands in order to create a more balanced offer throughout the island,
  • to work closely with the Le Relais départemental des Gîtes de France whose central mission is to implement targeted initiatives aimed at promoting local specialities and produce,
  • to provide a Central Reservations Service, a facility with a main contact who can advise on holidays or tours with accommodation in hiking gîtes, self-catering gîtes, Highland-based hotels as well as a range of activities,
  • to offer the best hiking experience for nature lovers from the “crashing waves to the mountain peaks,” collaborating with several tourism stakeholders,
