Ben is a member of the Toques Blanches and creates dishes using a choice selection of produce from French terroirs and providing a wide variety of flavours. Chalkboard specials at lunchtime and in the evenings, and lunchtime set menu of the day from 18/person, comprising starter and main course or main course and dessert. Ben also gives cooking lessons, which are an integral part of the Atelier de Ben concept. Apprentice chefs learn how to cook just like in the restaurant. Lessons are open to all, even total beginners, and take place in a relaxed atmosphere, with participants working in pairs. On the programme: learning how to create a main course and a dessert, along with tricks of the trade, followed by a convivial get-together around the table to try out the results. The restaurants dining room is available for group dinners. Contact Ben for creation of customised menus. Open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.
