Case Planteur serves fast food in the town of La Saline, with Creole and European fare at the top of the bill. Monday to Friday lunchtimes: Continental French dishes, with no reservation required (blanquette of veal, kidneys, and calfs head). Evenings and weekends upon reservation: Creole set menu comprising aperitif (samosas, fritters, etc.), starter, choice of two main courses, dessert, coffee and liqueur. Farm and orchard produce cooked over a wood fire.
