- Environment / Access : From the cannons of the Barachois, on the Saint-Denis seafront, go up to the town centre along Avenue de la Victoire. Continue straight on along Rue de Paris after the Monument aux Morts (War Memorial), then turn down the first street on the left when you get to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Go down Rue Pasteur, and the Nouveau Délice restaurant is past the second crossroads, on the right opposite a record shop.
