Mr Renaud Payet's "Gîtes de France" self-catering cottage is located in Quartier Français in Sainte-Suzanne, comprising a separate single-storey house with fenced garden, surrounded by fruit trees and sugarcane.
The gite is fully equipped, with gas cooker, extractor fan, cooktop, pressure cooker, hot water and gas. Non-obligatory set price for housecleaning, payable to the owner at end of stay. A calm, restful spot close to the owner's house and about 1 km from shops and all amenities (bakery, doctors, etc.). Tourist attractions in the region include Niagara waterfall, Sainte-Suzanne lighthouse and the coastal trail. About 15 minutes drive from Roland Garros Airport.
