  • The Museum of Decorative Arts of the Indian Ocean (MADOI) is a regional museum with the "Musée de France" label.

    Located on the Maison Rouge estate in Saint-Louis, it exhibits alternating themes harnessing its rich collection of furniture, textiles, Chinese porcelain, artworks etc. and a schedule of temporary exhibitions.
    A tour of the coffee plantations can be arranged on reservation.
    The Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (Ticketing until 5p.m).
    Closed on December 25th, January 1st, May 1st, November 1st.
