In Les Avirons, L'Atelier Culinaire - Le Goût Créole is a culinary workshop offering cooking classes for adults and children.

This traditional, wood-fire culinary workshop, which is fully participatory and takes place in a unique, authentic setting, is a one-of-a-kind experience on the island.
The day starts with a Lontan breakfast with heated rice, Sosso maïs (a dish made from maize flour), taro, old-fashioned grilled coffee, etc.
You will continue the day with the preparation of Creole aperitifs, samosas, chilli sweets..., a tasting of various home-made ‘rhums arrangés’, followed by the preparation of the main...This traditional, wood-fire culinary workshop, which is fully participatory and takes place in a unique, authentic setting, is a one-of-a-kind experience on the island.

The culinary workshop is located at number 42.
