  • Mrs Turpin is a native of Cilaos and embroidery runs in her family. She worked at the Maison de la Broderie for many years.
    She was awarded a Best Craftsperson of France title in 2004. She is passionate about embroidery and opened her own shop to sell her various creations. Visitors can come and make a purchase or place an order.
    There are embroidery classes available during the week for those who would like to learn more.
