There’s something for everyone, from new discoveries to wonderment, on this introduction to pot-holing and volcanology.
This activity is suitable for anyone from the ages of 5 to 99+ (depending on your physical condition!!), for anyone able to get about on irregular ground, sometimes on all fours or crouched down over short distances.
I am a qualified pot-holing instructor and I can take groups of more than 6 people. Unless you have specifically requested an outing for a group of more than 12 people, I limit groups to 8/12 people, and this often means there is a really good atmosphere within the group too.
In the same way as people who would like to request a private outing, people who require assistance and/or have specific needs may require a more personalised service (interpreter, the disabled, families with very young children that cannot find childcare, the elderly or those who are not steady on their feet, or anyone who may not be able to keep up with the pace of the group, etc. ).
