In a safe building surrounded by trees, this spacious (44 m²) 1-bedroom open-plan apartment with air-conditioning and lift is very bright and has been completely renovated, with a hallway, shower room and toilet, spacious & bright living area with open-plan kitchen and central island, fully equipped for cooking and enjoying meals in the kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and plenty of storage and utensils for 4 people. Lounge with TV and broadband internet connection, bedroom with standard double bed and two single beds. All household linen is provided, a traditional ‘varangue’ terrace to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink overlooking the park, private parking space at the entrance to the building.

Beach with on-duty lifeguard 300 m away, and a big natural saltwater swimming pool. Perfect location for exploring the island, for hiking departures and boat trips to see dolphins and whales.
The seaside resort of Boucan Canot is one of the best and most popular on the island, thanks to the pedestrian district with bars, restaurants, hotels to go for a cocktail, snack bars and souvenir shops. All shops are within walking distance (bakery, grocery shop, newsagent’s, pharmacy), and banks, supermarket and cash machine a 3-min drive away. Saint-Gilles-les-Bains town centre is a 5-min drive away. Ermitage lagoon and beaches, La Saline-les-Bains 6-min away, the Route des Tamarin is a 5-7-min drive away.
Hiking trails nearby, the very popular market in Saint-Paul (every Friday all day and Saturday mornings) just a 6-min drive away, airport less than 30 min away by car.
There’s a bus stop 3 min from the apartment. There are buses to all main towns on the island. (Yellow coaches)
