Jean Jules' restaurant combines tradition and creativity based on local flavours and farm produce: crepes filled with chayotte squash leaves, blue agava greens - plain or with smoked pork, ""Old-time"" fruit-flavoured desserts (sweet potato, cassava, songe cambare (taro plant dessert), etc.). Meals are accompanied by guitar music played by the owner, who loves the melodies of yesterday and today... upon reservation.
