La Miellerie de Marla is located in the cirque de Mafate, in the heart of the inhabited part of Réunion National Park
A view point has been built to observe the Papangues (endemic birds of prey in the island).
From there view over the 3 Roches site and over the whole high part of Mafate. -
La Miellerie de Marla has two 4-person dorrmitories with veranda and shared bathroom (2 showers, 2 basins et 2 toilets), linen is provided except towels.
The table d\'hôte serves traditional cuisine cooked over a wood fire.The dinner includes a glass of house punch, a hot or cold starter depending on the season, a "cari", bean, rice and "rougail", a dessert and a "rhum arrangé".

The bread is homemade. Fruits and vegetables come from the biodynamic garden.
On site, the shop sells products made with honey, beeswax, some plants, fruits and some souvenirs of the cirque.
