Aquaculture in Salazie

  • The ""Ferme de Truites"" is a fish farm comprising a series of breeding pools. It is in the village of Hell-Bourg, a Creole village listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France".

  • Visits or fishing trips as a family or among friends. Fish caught can be gutted, cleaned and put in ice. Occasional anglers are advised to bring along isothermal bags or iceboxes.
    Fishing equipment supplied.
    Possibility of refreshment on the terrace along the pools (drinks and ice-cream).
