Petit Palais (Le)

The Petit Palais offers food and drink at any time of day indoors or on the terrace, under the arcades. Themed breakfasts are served from 6:00 a.m. (Creole with riz chauffé, English, Continental with toast, home-made jams). Themed meals are also served at lunchtime, allowing diners to discover the cuisines of the world: Creole cuisine, tagine, couscous, dishes of the day based on market produce, etc. Every lunchtime, the restaurant offers sandwiches to eat in or take away, as well as its salad menu. For an afternoon break, the restaurant offers fresh fruit juice, home-made cakes, tarts of the day, and home-made fruit cakes. Open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. non-stop, from Monday to Friday. Closed at weekends and on public holidays. Also available: home catering for up to 100 people (delivery available): méchoui served with broth, flavoured semolina, and harissa, piglet with old-style vegetables, fricassée of black-eyed peas, gastronomic evenings for 8+ people with amuses-bouches, starter, main course, dessert, coffee, mignardises, etc. The chef, René Dalleau, offers catering at home, including dishes cooked over a wood fire, with full service, from aperitif to dessert. Table decorations and buffets, service, and kitchen cleaning included. Set in the Champ Fleuri administrative and business quarter, the restaurant is a two-minute walk from the theatre and the sports complex, and about 10 minutes\' walk from the coastal path.
