On the ground floor, the split-level villa comprises a 49 m² loft-style sitting room-kitchen decorated in muted colours, such as the white and grey travertine floor tiles, which create a soothing atmosphere; the room opens onto an exotic wood deck, leading to a natural stone pool and relaxation area with deckchairs, a bar and genuine outdoor shower.
Both air-conditioned, upper floor bedrooms have a furnished terrace where guests can sit and admire sunsets over the ocean.
