The accommodations meet the national standards and are subject to regular control ensuring the same level of quality throughout the validity period of their label (3 years). They are designed and equipped to guarantee a comfort level corresponding to the selected labeling category (from 1 to 5 “keys” (clés)).

CLÉVACANCES BED AND BREAKFAST
Designed to complement traditional tourist accommodations (hotels, apartments, residences,…), its essential criteria are customer independence and the availability of breakfast. The label “chambres Clévacances France” is awarded exclusively to each room of 1 to 4 “keys” with a maximum capacity of 15 people (maximum 5 rooms). The room can be located either in the owner’s house or separate from the house of the owner or agent. Apart from the overnight accommodation, a breakfast service can be requested as well (offer exclusively for accommodated rooms).
CLÉVACANCES RENTALS
Include detached houses, mansions with character, cottages, apartments or studios in a private house or in an apartment building. These rentals must meet the minimum requirements of comfort and livability, and are ranked from 1 to 5 “keys” for houses, or from 1 to 4 “keys” for apartments and studios.
For the accommodation of your family, friends or even business partners, “Clévacances” meets your need for accommodations of short and medium duration, or per night.
