  • Following the renovation of the “Duportail” bread oven at the Grand Fond Intérieur in Entre-Deux.
    The Entre-Deux Z'Epok association is implementing a new cultural activity called "Dimension culinaire” (Culinary dimension)

    The goal of this activity is to invite families to come and rediscover the cuisine and flavours of bygone days. On the programme, making and baking bread using traditional methods
    and a meal cooked in the wood-fired oven (rice, beans or lentils, cari, péi cake for dessert cooked on the embers, coffee...)
    Suitable for all: 15 people min., 30 max.
    Activity from Monday to Saturday. The price includes a glass of punch, wine and flavoured rum (from 21 to 30 people).
