This information is sent to the solicited service provider in order to process your request. For example, an availability request over a given period.

Retention period in the CMS: 18 months

Review submission form on an establishment

Data collected: surname*, period of stay*, review*, evaluation* (from 1 to 5 in terms of satisfaction), title*, your travel situation* (alone, as a couple, as a family, with friends, for business), the date, the IP address, the company concerned by the review.
The fields with an asterisk (*) are compulsory

This information is sent to the service provider concerned by the review who can therefore exercise a right of response. It is also included on the website service provider’s record after verification by a moderator that the information does not contain abusive or defamatory language.
N.B. depending on the information given you may or may not be anonymous. The email address is not displayed on the review submitted.

Retention period : Unlimited. Data anonymisation scheduled after 5 years.

Your history and consumption preferences can be saved when you purchase products and/or tourist services via the Reunion Island Tourism Board booking platform. This data is stored to help us improve our commercial relations with you and to offer you content that matches your holiday preferences and destination knowledge.
The Air Austral loyalty programme number lets you accumulate points.
