A word from the mixologist

Beau Péi (Beautiful Country), the land of heritage, is the gateway to Reunion. Travellers are confronted with two sides of this urban and cosmopolitan island: the island of colonial times and a festive, artistic and intensely free side of Reunion.

Glass: Coupette cocktail glass

The ingredients

  • 1 cl Maraschino liqueur
  • 0.5 cl Cane sugar syrup
  • 2 cl Lime juice
  • 4 cl Lychee liqueur, La Part des Anges
  • 1 cl Sublim’ Canne farm-produced rum, La Part des Anges
