Directions :
- Boil 1kg sweet potatoes
- Peel and crush them
- Mix with 250g butter, 100g sugar, 1 bag of vanilla flavoured sugar, a little liquor, 3 eggs
- Place in log shaped mould and glaze over with egg yolk
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 180°C
