Ingredients
- 1 coconut
- 1 l. of rum*
- 25 cl. of condensed milk
- 1 vanilla pod
Recipe:
- Peel the coconut
- Grate the coconut
- Put the grated coconut into a blender
- Add 50 cl of water
- Blend for 5 minutes
- Squeeze the juice from the coconut to get the coconut milk
- Pour the condensed milk into a pan
- Add the coconut milk
- Add the split vanilla pod
- Chef’s tip: You can add cinnamon to taste.
- Leave to heat for 10 minutes stirring from time to time
- Leave to cool for 30 minutes
- Add the rum
- Serve chilled
