Coconut punch recipe

Enjoy, it’s fresh and creamy!



preparation time

15 minutes


  • 1 coconut
  • 1 l. of rum*
  • 25 cl. of condensed milk
  • 1 vanilla pod



  • Peel the coconut
  • Grate the coconut
  • Put the grated coconut into a blender
  • Add 50 cl of water
  • Blend for 5 minutes
  • Squeeze the juice from the coconut to get the coconut milk
  • Pour the condensed milk into a pan
  • Add the coconut milk
  • Add the split vanilla pod
  • Chef’s tip: You can add cinnamon to taste.
  • Leave to heat for 10 minutes stirring from time to time
  • Leave to cool for 30 minutes
  • Add the rum
  • Serve chilled

Decorate the glasses by putting the rim in cane syrup, then in powdered coconut.
