The fryers and professional cooking utensils have all been imported from Belgium, to give customers the ultimate Belgian experience.
The chip shop serves Belgian chips, peeled on-site and fried the Belgian way: they are fried in a specific kind of vegetable oil, that is not modified at high temperatures.

She also displays a choice of hamburgers, sausage, skewers, donuts, “mitraillette” sandwiches. All accompanied with a selection of well-known sauces.
A la Frite Belge de La Réunion is also a restaurant and serves varied cuisine such as prepared dishes, vol-au-vent, Flemish beef stew, steaks, mixed salads and fresh Dutch mussels. In the brasserie, only top-quality beef is used.
Open from Wednesday to Saturday from 11:30am to 2pm and 6:30pm to 9pm.
