  • As you pass through the farmland, you will be told all about the technical and traditional aspects of farming,
    about this form of transport from days gone by and how it has changed over time, about different types of harnesses and how they work and how people used to farm sugar cane before mechanisation. As you sit on the straw cart you will be offered seasonal fruits to taste and be able to see the highest peaks on the island. Duration: 60-90 minutes.
