Plantation, Agricultural heritage in Saint-André

  • Magnificent pitaya farm over one hectare with a range of varieties. Pineapple farm and a small Creole orchard, sugar cane cultivation, a nice presentation of the farming aspect.

  • The tour includes Questions and Answers, and a jam workshop is organised with the French champion of jam makers, also a medallist at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.
    Participants will have the pleasure of preparing jam from scratch and will leave with their small jar of jam after making it themselves.
    After the tour and jam making, they can visit the shop, which is located on the farm.
