In the heart of the port of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, Le Saint Gilles restaurant serves traditional seafood-based French cuisine with a tropical touch. Seafood platter served from Thursday onwards.

Specialities: panaché of heart of palm and smoked swordfish, fish of the day in kaffir lime sauce, gingerbread and exotic fruit dessert. Meals are served inside or on the open and fan-cooled terrace with views of the Saint-Gilles les Bains yacht harbour and the beach of Les Roches Noires. Open from midday to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Closed on Monday and Sunday evenings. Group capacity: 120 people.
