Justine - a craftswoman in L\'Entre-Deux - exploits the qualities of the ""choca"" - an oil plant belonging to the agavaceae family. Its rigid leaves generally end in a thorn and may grow up to 2.50 m in length. At maturity, a long flower spike emerges from the middle of the plant, extending to 4 to 7 metres in length, from which a very large number of small aerial bulbs are released and propagate in a very invasive manner, to the detriment of the island\'s endemic and indigenous species....
