2. On the beach I like to stay active

If you ask anyone, sunbathing and swimming are the two favourite activities for the beach. But the beaches of Reunion Island offer so much more: put on your snorkelling gear and try and follow the multicoloured fish as they swim around the corals, dive head first into the warm sand while playing beach-tennis with friends, set off on an adventure along the underwater trail on Ermitage… Reunion Island is the perfect destination for an active holiday !

3. Meditate facing the Indian Ocean

Sitting on the sand, breathing in the salty ocean air, listening to the noise of the palm trees swaying in the wind that brushes up against our cheeks, the warm sun on our skin: Reunion Island is the ideal, relaxing paradise for yoga facing the ocean. Breathe in, breathe out, meditate…

4. A green tint and a cocktail

As the sun is setting on the horizon, it’s time for a cocktail. Comfortably seated opposite the lagoon with a fresh fruit cocktail in hand, admiring the red and orange shades of the evening sky, you might even see the green tint on the Indian Ocean. Make the most of this unique moment, to share with a loved one !

5. Getting a great Reunion Island suntan

Would you like to make your friends jealous when you go back home with a nice tan? Equipped with your flip-flops, sun cream, a sun hat, sunglasses and a sarong, you’re ready for a day on the beaches of Reunion. Top tip… You should go to one of the “rondavelles”, little wooden snack bar on the beach, where you can try their sorbets or other delicious treats with that special flavour that can only be found here !
