  • Le Choka Bleu, with its magnificent view of the lagoon, is the perfect place to relax and experience some new taste sensations. The chef, Christian VIRASSAMY-MACE makes clever use of local products, revisiting traditional Creole dishes to create elegant, sophisticated cuisine with an emphasis on colour and flavour.

    Olivier GONDARD, an oenologist and restaurant partner, invites diners to embark on a voyage of discovery, exploring the delights of Le Choka Bleu's cellar, stocked with high quality wines, including the three exclusive "Cuvée Choka Bleu" house wines; wines that are produced with the utmost care, using methods adapted to suit the climate, perfectly complementing the island's cuisine.
    Visit Le Choka Bar lounge area, facing the sea, where you can sample a range of unique cocktails and enjoy the lively atmosphere created by our resident DJ; alternatively relax on one of the sun loungers, available for hire. This is an exceptional setting, providing a constant feast for the eyes and taste buds.
    Restaurant open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm with continuous service on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from midday to 6pm.
    Le Choka Bar, open Wednesday to Friday, 2pm to midnight, and 11am to midnight at the weekends. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
