  • Le Not'Ile, is the Nautile Beachfront Hotel's restaurant and serves Continental French and Creole cuisine, with a menu including Indian Ocean salads along with Creole and international specialities at lunchtime and dinner, with a set menu or à la carte in the evenings.

    Specialities: crab terrine West-Indian style, wok-seared shrimp with honey and ginger, and selection of mini-crèmes brûlées with flavours from the islands. Theme-based evenings: barbecue evening with buffet on Tuesdays, with live music on hand.Creole and tropical heat evening with Creole buffet and band on Saturdays. Tables are set out in the heart of the establishment, beside the swimming pool. Open every day of the year. The cocktail bar by the swimming pool serves a range of tropical drinks, punches and rums ""arrangés"" (flavoured with herbs and spices) as well as fresh tropical fruit cocktails. Open throughout the day. Rental of room possible. Cocktail parties and cocktail buffets for up to 250 people. Private dinners, business meals and theme-based evenings for up to 150 people.
