The cocktail recipe

Glass: Tall tumbler

The ingredients

Base

  • 2.5 cl Almond syrup with butter bean
  • 2.5 cl Lemon
  • 4,5 cl Zot’Ka – Arômes Distillerie (sweet potato vodka)
  • 1 egg white

Top

  • Rice milk carbonated with white tea from the Labyrinthe En-Champ-Thé

Preparing the almond syrup with butter bean

  • 80 g cooked butter beans 500 g sugar
  • 50 cl water

Put in a blender with the sugar and water

Filter using a tea towel

Put into a bottle

Keep chilled

Preparation time

Cooking time for butter beans: approximately 1.5 hours

Finishing touches: 5 minutes

Preparing the rice milk carbonated with white tea from the Labyrinthe En-Champ-Thé

Preparation time: 2 minutes, then 12 hours

Finishing touches: 10 minutes

  • 60 g Basmati rice
  • 5 g White tea
  • 50 cl Water

Leave the water and tea to infuse for 12 hours in the fridge

Filter

Lightly roast the rice

Put the tea and the rice in a blender

Filter using a tea towel

Carbonate

Keep chilled

Preparation

  • Shaker + Dry shake

Decoration

  • Green tea rim, white flowers
